FAQ’s

What do I need to bring to my first Coast class?

We recommend wearing comfortable, athletic clothing and bringing a water bottle. If you have indoor cycling shoes, bring those as well.

Let’s talk more about the shoes.

For the best ride, we absolutely recommend you wear designated indoor cycling shoes with cleats that are SPD or Look Delta compatible. Don’t have any? You can borrow some at the front desk!
If you prefer to wear tennis shoes, we have baskets we can attach to the pedals.

How do you check in for class?

There are two ways to check in for class. One, you can approach the front desk upon arrival OR two, when you’re within 100 meters of the studio, you’ll be able to check in via the Coast mobile app on your phone.

I’ve never set up an indoor cycling bike before. Help!

Don’t worry. Your instructor or front desk staff member will be there to help you every step of the way.

How do I book a class?

To book a class, please login to our website Classes at Coast Cycle will be available to book up to one (1) week in advance on a rolling schedule. In order to book, you must have valid class credits and/or an active monthly membership with a credit card on file.

How do I cancel a class?

You are able to cancel yourself out of class via our website, through the mobile app, or by calling us at the studio up to four (4) hours before class begins.

I’m on the waitlist. Now what?

If a spot opens up in the desired class, you will automatically be placed into class when you reach the top of the waitlist. Should you get into class from the waitlist, the same late cancellation and no-show policies are in place, so please be aware of those policies if you’re booking multiple classes. IF you’re curious about your spot on the waitlist, please call the front desk.

What kinds of amenities do you have on site?

Coast is proud to offer towels, lockers, and more for those attending class. For exact details, please contact the front desk.
