Terms & Conditions

BOOKING POLICY

Classes at Coast will be available to book up to one (1) week in advance on a rolling schedule. In order to book, you must have valid class credits and/or an active monthly membership with a credit card on file.

Need class credits? Make an account and purchase them here.

CHECKING IN

When you get to the studio, we’ll need you to check in for class to ensure your bike is reserved. This can be done in one of two ways:

  1. Approach the front desk upon arrival OR
  2. Download the Coast app. When you’re within 100 meters of the studio, you’ll be able to check in from your phone. The Coast app is available for download on both iPhone and Android devices.

Please note that the front desk will release bikes to people from the waitlist exactly two (2) minutes before class begins. If you’re running late, call us so we can hold your bike.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

You are able to cancel yourself out of class via our website, through the mobile app, or by calling us at the studio up to four (4) hours before class begins. As an example, if class is at 6:00 pm, you would need to cancel yourself before 2:00 pm on the same day to avoid penalties.

If you booked a bike using a class credit and cancel after the designated window, you will forfeit the class credit.

If you booked a bike using an unlimited membership and cancel after the designated window, you will be charged $18.

NO-SHOW POLICIES
If you booked a bike using a class credit and no-show, you will forfeit the class credit.
If you booked a bike using an unlimited membership and no-show, you will be charged $26.

WAITLIST POLICY

Each rider is responsible for their placement on the waitlist. Should you get into class from the waitlist, the same late cancellation and no-show policies are in place, so please be aware of those policies if you’re booking multiple classes.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All class credits are final sale. No refunds.

You can cancel an unlimited membership at any time, but no prorated refunds will be available. Rider is responsible for keeping track of expiration and/or auto-renew dates.
If you purchased a retail item from Coast, you can return said item within seven (7) days for your money back or within thirty (30) days for store credit. The item must be in new condition with the tags still attached. No returns will be permitted after thirty (30) days.

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS

By creating an account and purchasing a membership, you authorize Coast to, on a recurring basis, automatically charge the debit or credit card account I specified, for monthly payments due on my unlimited auto-debit plan associated with my account. These charges will not exceed the amount shown on my auto-debit contract and/or in connection with cancellation fees according to the Coast cancellation policy.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASSES AT Coast

Coast conducts high-intensity, indoor cycling classes, utilizing indoor cycling stationary bikes and hand weights. Music may contain explicit language and temperatures may reach 85°. Be aware that riding an indoor cycle with little to no resistance can be harmful and result in injury, so please keep resistance on the bike at all times.

Additionally, to avoid any injury, we ask that you remove your indoor cycling cleats when you’re not in the Coast Blue Room. They are not made to walk in and can easily break or cause you to slip if not careful.
